Emotional Freedom

The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) [Shortcut], as designed by Gary Craig, is often mentioned in this web site.  It is a technique requiring your attention/focus/concentration for about 30 seconds (once you’ve learned how fast, fun and easy it is) on an issue/goal as you physically, but gently, tap with your finger tips on 9 pressure points which are on the main meridians of electromagnetic energy flowing through your body.  The 8 pressure points, after the initial setup point on the side of our hand, are mapped out below.

It is not about having the ‘perfectly positive affirmation’, it is about DEALING with the imperfect [negative] beliefs, emotions, thoughts, physical pains and accidents, as they occur IN THIS MOMENT; as they surface to our conscious awareness from our subconscious mind; as we become conscious of them being expressed as outcomes in our Reality.  Here is a video of me, Marianne Thorne, working my way through a set of physical, emotional and mental related issues or watch it here:

In other words, if you don’t like what you are experiencing, EFT it!  If you don’t like how you are feeling, EFT it!  If you don’t like what you are seeing, EFT it!  If you don’t like what you are hearing, EFT it!  If you are hurting, EFT it!  If someone else is ‘hurting’ you, EFT it!  If the politics of an organisation, nation, PLANEt, seem out of integrity to you, EFT each issue as you become aware of it!  If you are experiencing symptoms of an illness or disease, EFT each symptom, one at a time!

Why?  Because an emotion (a bunch of thoughts and feelings stored in your subconscious mind) is being triggered and is causing an outcome in your Reality Right Now.  DEAL WITH IT, the emotion, with the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) so you can create the Clarity required for Think Constructively about what you REALLY want/prefer.

Repeat the set-up phrase 3 times while tapping with fingertips on the Karate Chop point on the side of your other hand.

Shortcut Sequence: gently tap 5-7 times with fingertips on each of the following points while saying a reminder phrase.
